Parts Cleaning

As soon as they arrive in the workshop, all parts are washed according to their needs, whether by hand, tank, automated, or hot and cold tank cleaning. This allows easier identification of cracks and faults, avoids contamination of testing fluid and equipment, and helps to ensure all of the oil galleries are free of contaminants and impurities to enable correct lubrication.

Testing

Here at Paul’s Cylinder Heads, we are equipped with all of the latest facilities, including our FME 400 Flowbench, to flow test cylinder heads.

We can perform the following tests:

• Flow bench testing
• Crack testing
• Vacuum testing

Head Repairs

Paul’s Cylinder Heads offers a comprehensive Head Repair service, including:

• Full Overhauls
• Valve Refacing or Replacing
• Seat Recutting or Replacing
• Guide Replacing
• Valve Stem Seal Replacing
• Cam Tunnel Align Boring
• Fire-Ring Replacement
